The Church is a simple idea.

It is a gathering of people who have experienced a great change.  They gather for the purpose of celebrating that change and celebrating the One who has changed them.

As a Gathering of Changed People; We were Born Again. We discovered our sin. We found forgiveness. We were covered in a righteousness not of our own making.

In Celebrating our Change and the One who changed us;   We exalt Christ in the Study of God's Word for it was the ignorance of His Word that kept us in the darkness and the hearing of it that brought us into the light. We exalt Christ in a togetherness of family where testimony, song, encouragement and exhortation are offered up to one another. We exalt Christ as we rehearse His great salvation in our messages, our singing, our prayers and uniquely in the sacraments of the Lord's Table and the baptism of new believers. We exalt Christ in united prayers of confession, supplication, intercession, praise and thanksgiving.
